RETURNS & EXCHANGES
My POD suppliers do not accommodate exchanges and returns. However, I will accommodate exchanges on a case by case basis. If you are experiencing issues with your order, please give me a shout within 7 days of receiving your order. I will get back to you promptly. Exchanges will be considered if:
• You receive a defective item
• There is a clear issue with the quality of the product
• You are generally unhappy with your order
Items are not returnable simply due to sizing issues. Since all items are printed and made-to-order, I cannot replace/remake an item that was not ordered in the correct size. Please choose the correct size by referring to measurement charts.
All exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. In most cases. If an exchange is granted, I will provide you with a store credit for the amount once proof of return is provided. Exchanges must be received within 30 days.

PROBLEM WITH ONGOING ORDER/CANCELLING ONGOING ORDER
If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, I require that you contact me within 12hrs of the order being placed or by the following business day if the order was placed over the weekend. When contacting me regarding an issue with a product, please include photos for reference.
